We’re a couple looking for a place to move into around September. We’re pretty chill, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. We’re not into parties or anything loud, just a calm, comfortable place where everyone gets along. We’re good with rent and communicate well if anything ever comes up. We’re also hoping for something pet-friendly or flexible since we might get 1–2 small pets in the future once we’re settled. Smoking would only ever be outside. Our budget is around $400–$950/month. We’re just looking for a stable spot with decent roommates and a good vibe at home.
