What I’m Looking For: I am looking for an August 1, 2026 lease, but would be open to starting the lease from July 15.

I’m ideally looking for something within or close to Victoria and Oak Bay. I have a car so would require a parking space for that. I’ve been seeing a lot of nice 2 bed 2 bath units under or around $3,000 that would be great to split with someone.

About Me: I’m relatively new to Victoria, being here just over two years. I have a stable job with local government here, working from 8:00 - 4:30, and am also doing a part-time BSc through RRU until April 2028. I work from home occasionally, and a good amount of nights I would be doing school work.

I enjoy playing sports like tennis and pickleball, trivia, enjoying nice food. I also like exploring nature, doing hikes and camping. I try to cook most meals at home, but enjoy going out a couple nights per week for food socially. I play video games on PC when it’s colder out, but not so much in summer. I enjoy the occasional drink, socially. I like having time to myself but also want to live with someone I get along with and could hang out with.

I have various furniture and appliances that could be shared such as a sectional couch, espresso machine, and vacuum
