Hi! I’m a 21-year-old student who also works as a server. I’m a friendly, sociable, and easy-going person who enjoys going out to eat, spending time with friends, and going for walks. I have a cat, so I’m looking for a pet-friendly home and would love to live with someone who likes cats or has one of their own. I’m very respectful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces, and I’m hoping to find a roommate with a similar lifestyle and values.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place with in-suite laundry and utilities included. I would prefer to have my own bathroom, but I’m also comfortable sharing one. Underground parking would be a bonus, though street parking works as well. I’m hoping to connect with a female roommate, preferably another student, who is clean, responsible, and easy to get along with.
