I’m looking for a home somewhere between Squamish and Lions Bay where I can trade traffic for trailheads. During the week I’m usually working (as a Sr Engineer for the energy industry), studying for my Master’s (in Business - Finance), cooking, or planning the next adventure. On weekends you’ll find me climbing, skiing, biking, surfing or convincing friends that waking up at 3 a.m. for a sunrise mission is a perfectly reasonable idea.

I’m tidy, financially stable, respectful of shared spaces, don’t smoke, and believe dishes should never become archaeological artifacts. I also come with Gaia, my indoor cat. She’s quiet, litter-trained, and occasionally judges everyone’s life choices from the windowsill but also super cuddly.

If you’re after a relaxed, drama-free house with good vibes, outdoor adventures, and someone who’ll happily lend a hand when needed, I think we’d get along well.
