Looking for a room to rent or a roommate in Saskatoon.

I’m employed full-time and looking for a clean, respectful place to call home. The east side is preferred, but I’m open to other areas for the right fit. The only things I really need are somewhere to plug in my vehicle during the winter and air conditioning (or at least a cool room) during the summer.

• Employed full-time (more than FT)
• Clean and respectful
• Happy to provide references
• I smoke, but never inside, and quitting is one of my goals
• Social drinker

I’m a pretty easy-going guy who enjoys music, keeps busy, and has some big goals for the next few years. I’d love to crank the music once in a while, but headphones work just fine when needed. I’m respectful of other people’s space, but I’m also happy to hang out now and then if that’s the kind of household it is. I’m not looking for a party house, but the occasional BBQ, game night, or get-together is definitely cool. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.
