Hello!! I am a trans man looking for a space to rent for myself and two very cuddly cats. For the most part im pretty quiet. Big crafter and a pulp culture fan so If you enjoy cartoons and board games thats a plus. I have most of my own furniture and am pretty tidy for the most part. I work an over night 12 hour graveyard shift so i would need someone who is respectful when i need to sleep within reson I also smoke cannabis in my spare time(only outside). More than anything im hoping to have in suit laundry! I dont drive so the parking spot is all yours. I could also pay more if necessary if utilities are included.
