I’m Jaydee! Mid-30s. I am looking for an unfurnished private room, or private unit. Monthly budget all-in is $1000 (negotiable for right fit). Prefer mid-long term. I tend to do gig work, and would be at home, or working from home at times. I’m taking the summer off from work! Preferences: 1 parking space, cat friendly (do not currently have one living with me but would love that to change), in-unit laundry, asian grocer nearby, nature nearby, natural light/windows, and a fair amount of space/storage. Vancouver: East van, Commercial (this general area especially), or Burnaby Heights. I am social but can also keep to myself, and I really appreciate others showing the same considerations that I do. Hoping to avoid noisy situations, and also I want to be able to make noise without bothering others. August 1st move-in!
