I’m a 34-year-old emergency management professional with the BC Government — stable work, regular hours, and a pretty low-key day-to-day. I’m looking for a place in the West End or Coal Harbour for around 3–4 months, with the possibility of staying longer if it’s a good fit on both sides! As a roommate, I’m easy to live with and talk to. I keep shared spaces clean, I’m respectful of people’s schedules and privacy, and I communicate early if anything comes up.

I’m an active person — I run, I hike, I spend time outdoors — so I’m not around constantly. I work hard during the week and tend to keep things calm on weekends.

Ideally I’d find somewhere that feels like a good home base for a few months, with someone who is similarly grounded. Happy to chat more or meet for a coffee before anything is decided. Thank you.
