Hi! My name is Cristian. I’m currently working full-time in construction in Calgary as a civil engineer/project professional. I have a stable job and income, and I’m a responsible, clean, and respectful tenant.

I usually work early (6 a.m. to 4 p.m.), so I keep a quiet and organized lifestyle during the week. At home I value calm environments, cleanliness, and good communication with roommates. I always pay rent on time and take care of the spaces I live in as if they were my own.

I’m easygoing, sociable but respectful of others’ privacy, and I adapt well to shared living environments. I don’t smoke and I’m focused on work, personal growth, and maintaining a stable routine.

I believe I would be a great tenant because I bring stability, responsibility, and a positive attitude to the home.
