Hi there! I am moving to the area to begin my Human Nutritional Science program at the University of Manitoba this Fall. I am currently looking for work for the upcoming school year, and my living expenses are fully secured via my pending student aid and personal savings. My target move-in date is September 1, and my absolute maximum budget is $600 per month with all utilities and internet included. I am ideally looking for a room in south Winnipeg neighborhoods like Fort Richmond, University Heights, or Waverley Heights that are within walking distance or a short, direct bus ride to the Fort Garry campus. A room with a personal or ensuite bathroom is preferable but I am open to sharing. I am open to female roommates household or a mixed roommate household. Because of my intense study schedule, I am looking for a quiet, peaceful, and study-oriented environment where I can focus and rest. I am a highly responsible, organized, and independent person who deeply values cleanliness and mutual respect in a shared home. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, staying active, and keeping my living space tidy. I’m looking forward to finding a stable household with roommates who appreciate a calm and relaxed living dynamic.
