Hello!

I am starting a Master’s in Landscape Architecture this September. While it will be just me most of the time, my partner would like to visit me 1-2 weeks of every month (she has a semi-remote job). However, she has a ridiculously cute 25 lb dog named Oskar (very happy, well-behaved, and quiet) and she also has a furry potato of a cat named Mr. Moesby (who will totally sit on you). So I need a place that is pet-friendly so she can bring them when she visits.

A bit more on me - I am a friendly and social guy who is also self-aware enough to know when others need quiet and their own space. I have a wide array of hobbies that I enjoy sharing with others, enjoy playing all sports, and am a closet nerd with a small collection of board games that I enjoy teaching others. I am also passionate about sustainability, Permaculture, and tiny homes. I am respectful and tidy, and not the person who brings the party home (unless you want a board game party).

My partner (Destiny) is as friendly as I am, thankfully also enjoys board games, and is a fantastic cook… no promises, but if we are sharing the same home, you are very likely to benefit from this.

If I were going to get picky, I would wish for a place that is less than a 30-min commute from UBC, has some good natural light, and preferably no carpet. Move-in date would be preferably Sept. 1, but August 1 could work too.
