I won’t be perfect. I’m a smoker, but I smoke outdoors. I love cleanliness and order, and I see the house as a dwelling, so it should be quiet and peaceful.

I don’t like dogs, I prefer cats, but I don’t want them sharing my house.

If there’s a balcony, I don’t mind hosting guests, but within limits and without causing a disturbance. Sometimes I’m understanding if they sit in the living room.
