I’m a full-time media professional who mostly works from home and also play in a Toronto-based cumbia band. My schedule is a mix of work, rehearsals, gigs, and quiet evenings listening to records or working on music.

I’m clean, respectful, financially responsible, and value open communication. I enjoy having a comfortable, welcoming home where everyone respects each other’s space and contributes to keeping shared areas tidy. I’m social and happy to chat or share a meal now and then, but I also appreciate downtime and privacy.

I already have some living room furniture (sofa, dining table, and shelving), which could help make a new place feel like home from day one. Ideally, I’m looking to team up with another mature professional who wants to create a relaxed, respectful, and long-term living environment rather than just split the rent.
