I’m Flora, I’m a 25 yr old analyst. Looking for a place to room in downtown toronto preferably near a station and decently priced grocery stores. I value privacy, communication, and cleanliness. I’ll always do my best to keep up with chores and im open to negotiating to make it fair for everyone. I usually keep to myself but I also enjoy socializing every now and then to make the place feel like home. My hobbies include art, video games, and watching shows (I’d be down to watch something together!). I value privacy and would prefer not to enter into each other’s rooms without permission. I like to keep the common areas clean, without clutter.
