Hey, My name’s Elizabeth Proulx-Secord. I’m an 18 year old girl, i’m going to college at Algonquin, i’m going for 2 years and i’m taking the Social Service Worker Program. I’m very tidy and quiet and I have no pets. I’ll be receiving money from OSAP which is enough to pay for my whole rent for 1 year and I got cheques from my school from graduation, I also will be searching for a job when i’m in college. I’m very tidy, I love animals and art, I love quiet environments and alone time but I also like meeting new people as well and having a good relationship with my roommates is of course important for me. I’m looking for a furnished room to rent for the entire time i’m in college but would rather a month to month lease incase anything ever changes. I can give 6 months worth of rent upfront upon move in. I’m also looking for a place with an available fully furnished kitchen and bathroom, with laundry and with utilities all included. It would have to be an ALL girls apartment but with the exceptions of boyfriends visiting and occasionally sleeping over, unless my boyfriend could rent with me. I would be planning to move in on September 5th 2026.
