Hi! I’m looking for a long-term room or condo share in Etobicoke, preferably around Kipling, Islington, or The West Mall, to stay close to my workplace. My budget is up to $1,300–1,400/month. A little about me: I’m a full-time professional, clean, respectful, quiet, and easy to live with. I enjoy keeping shared spaces tidy and value a peaceful home environment. I also have a small Chihuahua who will be joining me in a couple of months. He’s very calm, friendly, well-behaved, and gets along well with people and other dogs.
