Hi everyone! I am looking for housing in Nanaimo/surrounding areas starting August 15 or September 1. I am flexible with move-in dates for the right place. I am a recent graduate of UVIC and will be attending VIU in the fall to pursue my Bachelor of Education. I’m looking for either:

• A one-bedroom apartment or studio
• A private room in a shared house with like-minded individuals
• or someone in a similar situation with shared values who would be interested in finding a two-bedroom together. As for myself, I spend much of my free time outdoors, at the gym, painting, baking/cooking, and spending time with friends. I value a clean and peaceful environment and take pride in treating my home with the utmost respect and care. I am a clean, quiet, respectful tenant who does not smoke/vape, host parties, or have pets. I’ll also need parking for one vehicle.
