Hi everyone! My name is Danijela, I am 30 years old, and I am moving to Toronto around late November or early December (my dates are very flexible). I am looking for a private bedroom in a modern condo building. My maximum budget is 1,500 CAD/month with utilities included. About me: I am a Marketing and PR student. Being in my 30s, I am well past the crazy party phase and I appreciate a peaceful, tidy, and positive home. In my free time, I love a friendly chat or sharing a coffee with my roommates, but I also highly value quiet time and privacy. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and keep my living space very clean. What I am looking for: • A private bedroom with a door and a window (preferably in a modern condo with floor-to-ceiling windows) • In-suite laundry (washer/dryer in the unit) is highly preferred • Shared with 1 or 2 clean, mature, and respectful roommates • Preferred locations: Downtown Core, CityPlace, Yonge & Eglinton (Midtown), or North York Centre
