I’m a 27-year-old Japanese male who recently arrived in Canada on a working holiday visa, and I’m currently looking for a place to rent in Vancouver. I’m also actively job hunting around the downtown area, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere with easy access to downtown.

I’m very clean and tidy (not obsessive, but I like to keep things organized), and I’m not a party person, so I prefer a quiet and respectful living environment.

I’m looking for either a private room or a shared house, preferably a private room. My budget is ideally under $1,000/month.

I’m Japanese, respectful and easy-going, and I’m ready to move in soon. I would really appreciate any leads.
