I am a single female and looking to get a new apartment and potentially have some roommates. I’m currently in Brantford but would really like to get back to the Burlington/Hamilton area. I’m very easy-going and social. I don’t mind at all if you want to have friends over, within reason. I don’t want it to be a party house. I do not drink or smoke cannabis, but I don’t mind if you do. I have four daughters who do not reside with me, but will probably be around once in a while to visit. I also have three cats and they like to go outside so the ability to accommodate that would be necessary.

I am totally open to rooming with a younger group/couple - I may be 41 but I’m still a kid at heart! Consider me the cool mom. Male or female it doesn’t matter to me. I have no attraction to men anymore, so I won’t be stealing your man but maybe your girlfriend lol. I definitely understand boundaries and communication is always a must so we stay on the same page.

My budget is around $1000 per month. I do not drive so the parking spot can be all yours. Hoping for a place that’s mostly all inclusive as where I am right now includes everything including Wi-Fi.
