I’m looking for someone to rent an apartment with, I am currently not working but I have enough in savings to accommodate myself for an entire lease. I’m a 24 year old non-binary person, I tend to stay to myself however I am very approachable! I like a lot of nerdy things so if thats your jam then we’ll mesh well! Even if we don’t have anything in common I am a very easy going and respectful person who will respect boundaries, as I am a smoker I understand that this can be a reason not to room with me but I am comfortable with making accommodations to make it more acceptable (smoking outside, keeping clothes clean as to not smell of smoke etc). But if you also smoke then I don’t mind smoking in any regard! I am looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly, is an understanding individual (I am trying to leave a toxic relationship atm) and someone who loves cats!
