Hi, my name is Xiya. I am an incoming George Brown student looking for a clean and comfortable room in Toronto, ideally from mid-to-late August or September 1. I am quiet, respectful, responsible, and easy to communicate with. I do not smoke or vape, I go gym regularly, I have no pets, and I always keep shared spaces clean after use.
