We’re looking for a like-minded roommate to join forces that are FULLY COMMITMENT ON THEIR LIFE GOALS. However I’m a single parent [ also university mature student)with a well behaved 13yrold and 2 educated pups, which get along with 😺 cats . Our budget is $2100 (utilities are cover with a benefit I have )with an additional $800+ for the other person. I have references!!! I would clean and well maintained furnishings, that’s if you don’t have any.(Mattress practically untouched and no stains). We’re looking for someone that’s responsible and mature person with no drama, capable of discussing matters . Planning to lease a place for over 2 yrs and commitment from the other person has to be until AT LEAST UNTIL DECEMBER 2026. We enjoy calm environment which allows boundaries be respected.
