My name is Shady. I’m a new Canadian Permanent Resident arriving from Egypt on August 18, and I’m looking for accommodation starting around September 1.

I’m a professional with a Master’s degree and experience in business management and banking. I’m quiet, respectful, clean, a non-smoker, and I don’t have pets.

I’m open to different types of accommodation, including studios, private basement suites, or private apartments. I’m also open to renting a private room if it’s in a shared home with only one or two other people, and the only shared space is the kitchen. If it’s a shared home, I’d prefer Wi-Fi and all utilities to be included with street parking.

Initially, I’m looking to rent starting September 1. I’m open to both short-term and long-term arrangements, and if the place is a good fit and my work is nearby, I’d be happy to stay long-term.
