Amber Xie

I’m a responsible, clean, and respectful person looking for a comfortable place to live. I’m currently a student at UBC Sauder and I’m hoping to find a peaceful home where everyone respects each other’s space and keeps the shared areas clean.

I’m quiet at home, easygoing, and mindful of noise, especially at night. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I always try to communicate clearly if anything comes up. I like keeping my living space tidy and I’m happy to share cleaning responsibilities fairly.

I have one small cat who is clean, well-behaved, and indoor-only. I would make sure to take full responsibility for her and keep the home clean.

I’m hoping to live with people who are respectful, friendly, and also value a clean and peaceful home environment.
