Hi! My name is Peace, and I’m a student who works remotely. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and peaceful home to move into around the end of September/1st October

I’m a quiet, responsible, and tidy person who values open communication and mutual respect. I always clean up after myself, keep shared spaces organized, and appreciate living with roommates who do the same. I enjoy having a calm home environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy while being friendly and considerate.

I don’t smoke, and I rarely have guests over. When I do, they’re respectful, and we always clean up afterward. I believe that if any issues come up, it’s best to communicate openly and respectfully so everyone feels comfortable in the home.

My budget is up to $600/month, and I’m ideally looking for a place with like-minded roommates who value cleanliness, honesty, and a drama-free living environment.
