Hi! I’m Bárbara, from Spain. I’ve just arrived in Canada and I’m looking for a furnished private room as soon as possible, ideally in Toronto, Brampton or a well-connected nearby area.

I work in digital marketing, process automation and AI consulting. I’m currently in Canada through an entrepreneurship exchange program, supporting a Canadian company with its digital strategy and helping them explore expansion opportunities in Spain.

I’m planning to stay initially for 4–5 months, with the possibility to extend up to one year. My ideal budget is around $1,000 CAD per month including utilities, with some flexibility up to $1,200 for the right place.

I’m clean, respectful, quiet at home and easy to live with. I don’t smoke, I don’t party at home, and I like keeping shared spaces tidy. I’m also pet-friendly, so I’m happy to live in a home with animals.

I’d like to see the place in person before renting, but if everything looks good, I can decide quickly.
