Hi! My name is Berilynn, and I’ll be starting my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) this fall. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable, and respectful place to call home during my studies. I’m a friendly, I pay my rent on time, considerate, and responsible person who takes pride in keeping my living space clean and organized. I always clean up after myself, respect shared spaces, and value open, honest communication. I understand how important it is to create a peaceful living environment where everyone feels comfortable. As a nursing student, I’ll be focused on my studies, so you’ll usually find me studying, at school, at the gym, or relaxing with a good movie. I’m hoping to find a place where I can be a reliable long-term tenant and build a positive relationship with my landlord and any roommates.
