Hi everyone! I’m a Software Developer working in downtown Toronto and I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.

A little about me:

• I work in the office 3–4 days a week.
• In the evenings, I usually play sports, go to the gym, or cook.
• I’m friendly, easygoing, and enjoy hanging out with friends on weekends.

I’m looking for someone who values a clean, quiet, and respectful home. Cleanliness is very important to me, especially in the kitchen, and I always clean up after myself after cooking.

My ideal apartment would have:

• 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (so each person has their own washroom)
• Dishwasher
• A peaceful and quiet atmosphere
• A gym in the apartment would be a huge plus but not necessary

I also have a sofa bed that I’ll be bringing with me. I occasionally have friends over, but not very often, and I’d be happy to live with someone who’s comfortable with that.
