Hi everyone!

My name is Sejun Park, and I’m a Korean student starting my PhD program at McGill University this Fall. I am looking for a long-term room for at least 1 year, with a move-in date around August 24th.

About me: As a PhD student, my lifestyle is very quiet, organized, and focused. I will be spending most of my time studying, researching, or at the campus. I am extremely respectful of others’ privacy, personal space, and quiet hours. I also value cleanliness and always make sure to keep the common areas tidy and spotless. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and prefer a calm, peaceful home environment over a party house.

What I’m looking for:

Duration: 1 year (Long-term)

Move-in date: August 24th

Budget: Around $800 (including utilities)

Location: Anywhere in Montreal is absolutely fine with me, as long as it has decent access to public transit/metro to commute to McGill.
