New to Canada after defecting from the US and just looking for a place to stay while I wait for everything to get processed. Don’t require much at the moment; just a spare room or shared flat with separate bedrooms within walking distance of resources will do, as all I need is somewhere to work on my laptop, sleep, relax and stash my stuff. I’d also like my roomie to be COVID-conscious and cat-friendly, as I’m at risk of severe infection and plan on importing my cat up from the States to live with me. As for me as a person, I tend to keep to myself for the most part, but nonetheless try to be considerate of others; I don’t blast loud music, I keep my space clean, I don’t smoke or vape, and the most disturbance you’ll get from me is my morning alarm. If I seem like a good fit for a roomie, let me know so we can get more acquainted.
