Hi! I’m Anshul, and my friend Samyak and I are looking for a third roommate to share a 3-bedroom apartment.

I’m pretty easygoing, respectful, and like to keep shared spaces clean and organized. I don’t mind how someone keeps their own room, but I do appreciate everyone doing their part to keep the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas tidy.

I drink occasionally (maybe once or twice a month at most) but I don’t smoke, so I’m looking for a non-smoking roommate. Unfortunately, pets aren’t a good fit either.

For overnight guests or partners, I’m completely fine with them as long as everyone communicates, respects each other’s space, and we’re all on the same page about boundaries.

Outside of home, I enjoy going to the gym, playing soccer, watching anime, exploring different parts of Toronto on weekends, and trying new food spots. I’m friendly and always happy to chat, but I also respect people’s privacy and downtime.

We’re looking for someone who’s responsible, communicates openly, pays rent on time, and wants a comfortable, respectful home rather than just a place to sleep. If that sounds like you, we’d love to connect!
