Hi! My name is Levi and I am a 19-year-old trans guy. I’m currently doing online courses through NorQuest College with plans to head straight into post-secondary or the workforce once I’m finished.

I’m a pretty creative person into art, drawing, and music. When I’m not studying, I like to stay active. I enjoy biking or bussing around the city, checking out cool shops and thrift stores, wandering the river valley trails, or volunteering at local food banks and community centers.

I don’t drink, party, or do drugs. I do have a legal prescription for cannabis which I use responsibly, and I am 100% alright with keeping it strictly outdoors or off-property to respect the house rules. I am very respectful of shared spaces, and honestly a bit of a neat-freak with my own room. I always maintain my share of chores, clean up after myself immediately, and keep my space organized.

What I’m Looking For: I’m looking for a stable, drama-free household with people who respect each other’s boundaries, privacy, and identities. I’m not really picky about rooming with a guy or a girl, just as long as it feels safe and comfortable for both of us.

Budget: $650 a month (willing to be flexible for the right fit).

Move-in date: Flexible / Hoping for August 1st.
