Matt

Hello, I’m Matt and I’m 34. Have been at a new job for a while now and looking to relocate to have a shorter commute. Working in Richmond Hill but would like to live somewhere in North York with close access to the 404/401.

-Pretty introverted, most of my time will be spent on my computer, but I do enjoy going out every now and then

-I don’t smoke/party/use drugs and only drink socially (usually <3 times per year)

-Can go a bit higher than my budget for solo accommodation, but willing to team up with either male or female if it seems like a good fit.

-Trying to avoid basements if possible. I also drive and will require parking.

Looking to see what’s out there and hopefully move before the snow comes! Move in date is flexible.
