Recent uofa grad, found a job with a stable income and looking for smth cheaper than my current 1 bedroom. Ideally looking for a male roomate to move into a two bed two bath south of the river. Not looking to move in with someone who already has a signed lease. I don’t smoke (weed, cigarettes, vape), drink or do any drugs, Its cool if you do it so long as it doesn’t negatively affect me in any way. I like to meal prep food on the weekends, and enjoy cooking in general. Ive got a rice cooker, blender, toaster which you may use if you handle them with respect. I have plates and utensils which you may also use, however id prefer you provide your own pots, pans and kitchen knives. I can provide living room furniture including couch, tv, coffee table, throw pillows, a shelf and a small dining table. For transparency sake im in a relationship and will most likely see my girlfriend at least once a week. I do own a vehicle so smth with indoor parking would be nice but street parking would be fine too.
