Hi! My name is Hael, I am a 26-year-old corporate operations and banking professional from Spain, moving to Calgary under a Working Holiday visa. I have a solid, stable professional background, including my experience at Banco Sabadell, and I will be working full-time in the corporate/banking sector upon my arrival.What I am looking for:I am looking for a private room in a modern condo (ideally in Beltline, Downtown, or Sunnyside) with a budget of around $750–$850 CAD/month. A private bathroom is highly preferred. I already have my full relocation funds secured, so rent and damage deposits are ready to be paid.
