I’m respectful, clean, quiet, and easy to get along with. I spend most of my time working, studying, or relaxing at home, so I’m not someone who hosts parties or creates a lot of noise. I always clean up after myself, pay rent on time, and respect shared spaces and everyone’s privacy.
