Hi! I’m looking for a private room with ensuite bathroom or someone to share a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with. Ideally close to downtown and near subway stations. I would also like in unit laundry, ac in the apartment.

I work full-time I’m clean, respectful, and like to keep shared spaces tidy. I also value open communication and would love to be friends with my roommate, not just share a place.

I enjoy cooking and I’ll have friends over once in a while, but I keep things pretty low-key. I prefer a quiet home during the week, so no late-night parties or loud gatherings
