Hi I’m Nayt (They/He). I’m a neurodivergent nonbinary trans masc. I am generally pretty chill, and keep to myself for the most part. I do enjoy a good yap sesh every now and then, and I’m more than happy to body double in common areas. :) I do like to host hang outs with my friends at least once or twice every two-ish weeks. But dw, I am generally pretty good at providing heads up. My move out time frame is by mid November at the latest, as my best friend is moving to Vancouver in December and I promised to take care of her cat. Ideally I want to stay in the Garneau / Strathcona / Bonnie doon area as I rely pretty heavily on public transit & work downtown. I am pet friendly, and 420 friendly (please don’t hot box the apartment). I value quiet (within reason, like please don’t be blasting music 24/7), cleanliness, communication, and mutual respect.
