Hi! I’m a 35-year-old working professional looking for a clean, respectful, long-term place to call home.

I work full-time five days a week with a schedule that can vary, so I’m generally out for much of the day. I’m looking for a place where I can stay for at least a year and build a comfortable, respectful living arrangement.

I’m easygoing, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking and always clean up after myself afterward. I’m respectful of other people’s privacy, communicate openly, and believe everyone should feel comfortable in their home.

In my free time I enjoy cooking, watching sports, movies, anime, and learning about history. I like to have a beer occasionally, but I’m not a partier and I prefer a quiet, relaxed home environment.

I don’t have any pets, but I’m happy to live with them. I’m reliable with rent and bills, respectful of house rules, and looking for roommates who value cleanliness, communication, and mutual respect.
