Hi everyone! I’m looking for a room or apartment to rent starting September 1 as I’ll be moving to the area to resume university. If possible, I’d also be open to moving in around mid-August at a prorated rate.
A little about me: • I currently work full-time and will be continuing to work while attending school. • I’m clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. • I don’t smoke or vape, and I don’t have any pets.
My budget is $700–$950/month, preferably all-inclusive (utilities included, and internet if possible).
