Hi! I’m looking for 1-2 biological women (only) who are similarly the type of person that’s clean, respectful, chill, mature, communicative, mindfully quiet, doesn’t steal or use their roommates belongings, appreciates a good laugh, leads a healthy lifestyle & is overall good energy :)

I spend most days at home, getting out as oftennn as possible! Ideally I’d like to find a roommate(s) not working from home, but am flexible. A 1year lease then month to month is most preferable. I’m moving to Germany but still have a lottt to do & will be in Vancouver for the foreseeable future, so I’m hoping to move only once & stay there until whenever that ends up happening. At the moment my schedule is all over the place but when in routine, I like to wake up around 6AM (give or take) so bonus if you fw that🙏🏼 Open to living with 1-2 (quiet & clean) dogs but not cats or birds💔 Having a bathtub, lack of traffic noise, in suite washer/dryer & decent windows are non-negotiable for me.
