I’m a full-time PhD student in my final year at UBCO (should be finishing up by February/ March next year) originally from Sri lanka. Looking for a long term lease from Aug this year to April 2027 (+ month-to-month afterwards). I’m very indoorsy but likes to be active by going for walks and going to the gym. No pets and Non-smoker. I would say I’m a quite, clean and respectful tenant. Thanks !!
