Hi! I’m an incoming Master’s student at UNB arriving in Fredericton on August 5th. I’m looking to team up with a roommate to secure a 2-bedroom apartment near campus or along the main bus routes. I’ve already found a few great options with a total rent between $1,500 and $1,900 (so about $750 - $950 per person).

About me: I am a bit introverted and truly value a peaceful, drama-free living environment. While I tend to be a night owl, I am very mindful of noise and always keep things quiet and respectful at night so we can both focus or rest. I am generally a tidy person and always make sure to do my part in keeping shared spaces (like the kitchen and bathroom) reasonably clean.

I don’t really bring friends over, so you won’t ever have to worry about unexpected house parties or loud gatherings. When I’m taking a break from my Master’s studies, I usually just relax in my room.

What I’m looking for: I am looking for a male roommate (preferred) who is also clean, respectful, and appreciates a quiet home vibe. Occasional guests are totally fine, but I prefer a non-party environment. Also, because the apartments I’m looking at have strict rules, I am looking for someone without pets.
