My name is Excellent-God Clarke, and I am a first-year female nursing student at Trent University. I currently live in Toronto and have decided to relocate to Peterborough for the upcoming academic year. I would appreciate being considered for an 8-month lease (September through April) to align with Trent University’s academic year.
One additional matter I wanted to discuss before entering into a tenancy is a short visit from my parents (my mum and dad). They are planning to visit Peterborough for the first time between September 19 and October 4 (approximately 14 days). I would be happy to pay an additional $350 upfront to recognize the additional use of the accommodation during their stay.
Then for my roomie, she is a compressed Nursing student and she lives in Pickering, ON, she is a mom, and she would need a space closer to school once clinicals kick in
