We’re clean and tidy, but we’re definitely not the type to be overbearing or nitpick. We simply believe in cleaning up after ourselves, being considerate, and treating shared spaces with respect.

We’re both pretty quiet and enjoy relaxing at home. We aren’t big partiers and don’t have people coming and going all the time. We appreciate a calm, drama-free household where everyone can unwind after a long day.

We’re 420-friendly, non-judgmental, LGBTQ+ friendly, and welcoming to people from all backgrounds. Kindness, honesty, and communication mean a lot to us, and we’d love to live with people who feel the same way.

We have one friendly, house-trained small dog who is a huge part of our family. He’s well-behaved, loves people, and gets along well with other friendly pets. We also have one clean, indoor cat who’s quiet and keeps to herself.

We’re looking for a long-term place where we can settle in, contribute positively to the household, and be reliable roommates. We take pride in being respectful, paying our share on time, and treating the place we live as if it were our own.
