I’m from Japan and currently working full-time in Toronto. I’ll most likely be working at the Yonge location in downtown Toronto, so I’m specifically looking for a place close to my workplace.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place around Yonge Street in downtown Toronto, especially near Wellesley or College. I’d prefer somewhere within walking distance or a short commute from work, rather than areas farther north such as North York.

I’m looking for a clean, modern condo with a private bedroom, preferably around $1,000–$1,100/month. A building with a gym would be ideal.

I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m friendly and enjoy talking with roommates, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal time. In my free time, I enjoy gaming, watching movies, working out, and going out around the city.

I’m hoping to move in on October 1st or November 1st. Because of the remaining length of my visa, I’m mainly looking for a month-to-month rental rather than a long-term fixed lease.
