Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent (up to $1,500/month to start) in Cabbagetown, Corktown, or Riverside, ideally starting soon.

A bit about me: I’m 28, Canadian, and work as a video editor for a production company — I’m home about half the week. I’m clean, quiet, and easygoing, and looking for a peaceful place rather than a party house.

My wife is French teacher and will be visiting for two weeks in October, then joining me permanently in January once her visa comes through — she’ll be here through August 17. We’re open to a small rent increase once she moves in, happy to agree on that upfront.
