Hi, I’m Ayush. My wife and I are moving to Thunder Bay this August (around the 26th) as I’ll be starting my Master’s in Computer Science at Lakehead University. This is our first time moving to Canada. We’re looking for a furnished place, ideally within walking distance or a short commute to Lakehead. We’re open to a shorter initial lease term (month-to-month or a few months) if possible, since we’d like to see the place and area in person before committing longer term. We’re a quiet couple who like to keep things simple. We don’t smoke, we don’t drink, and we don’t party. We value a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood and a clean, well-kept living space. We’re respectful of neighbours and always mindful of noise. We enjoy cooking at home, keeping a tidy routine, and having a comfortable place to relax after a long day of classes and work. We’d take good care of the place as if it were our own.
