Hi! I’m Darshanaa. 😊

I’m moving to Canada to start an exciting new chapter, and I’m hoping to find more than just a room—I’d love to find a home with people who are kind, respectful, and easy to live with.

I’m naturally curious and enjoy learning about different cultures, music, psychology, history, good food, and all the little things that make a city feel like home. I’m the kind of person who genuinely enjoys getting to know people, but I also understand and respect that everyone needs their own space. I’m easygoing, emotionally mature, and believe the best homes aren’t perfectly quiet or perfectly social—they’re simply homes where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and welcome.

You’ll usually find me studying, working, cooking something, listening to music, watching a great documentary or movie, or planning my next little Toronto adventure when time allows. I clean up after myself, communicate openly, and believe shared living is easiest when everyone treats each other with kindness and consideration.

I’m looking for a private room with reliable Wi-Fi since much of my graduate program will be online. As I won’t have a car initially, I’m hoping for a home that’s well connected by transit and within easy reach of grocery stores, pharmacies, healthcare, and other everyday essentials. I’m excited to explore the city, but first I want to build a stable, comfortable home base.
